We would like to invite you to participate in 2027 The 2nd International Conference on Cybersecurity and Edge Computing (IC-CEC 2027), which will be held in Guangzhou, China during January 15-17, 2027.

IC-CEC 2027 seeks to examine the crucial nexus between evolving edge intelligent systems and the sophisticated cybersecurity risks brought by generative AI and next-generation networks. With the rapid iteration of 5G/6G edge networks, cloud-edge-end collaborative architectures, edge large models, and space-air-ground integrated systems, edge computing has become essential for distributed intelligent inference, low-latency service deployment, and dynamic computing resource scheduling. This intelligent decentralized model reveals new weaknesses in LLM security, AI agent defense, edge data privacy, and heterogeneous resource trust management, necessitating innovative defensive and optimized solutions.

This conference will function as a worldwide forum for academia, industry leaders, and engineering practitioners to collaborate on frontier research, exchange innovative defense and scheduling techniques, and create robust frameworks for secure and efficient edge intelligent ecosystems. Key objectives include: facilitating multidisciplinary discourse to mitigate security risks of edge generative AI, enhancing AI-driven defense and zero-trust security frameworks for distributed edge networks, and advocating for standardized orchestration solutions for edge computing power resources. IC-CEC 2027 aims to unite specialists in cybersecurity, edge computing, artificial intelligence and computing networks to stimulate technical advancements that guarantee the trusted, efficient and sustainable development of next-generation edge intelligence, thereby empowering sectors from smart industrial systems to intelligent transportation and urban cyber resilience.

​Submission

Authors are solicited to contribute to the conference by submitting articles that illustrate research results, projects, survey papers and industrial experiences. Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. 

Review Process:

1. Unbiased consideration is given to all manuscripts offered for inclusion in the

IC-CEC 2027 proceedings regardless of race, gender, religious belief, ethnic origin, citizenship or political philosophy of the authors.
2. All submissions should be written in English and submitted through our Online Submission System. Papers reporting original, unpublished research results and experiences are solicited. Submissions must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere, or they would be rejected instantly.
3. The paper format should follow the Template before submitting. All papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review process and each paper will be reviewed by at least 2–3 reviewers. The review results will be sent to the program chair.
4. If necessary revisions are required by the reviewers, then the revised articles should be submitted within 2 weeks and will be sent to review again by the initial reviewer(s). If the revisions are accepted by the initial reviewer(s), then the revised papers will be accepted by our conference. All accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings for publication.

Publication

The submitted papers will be peer-reviewed by the Technical Committee. Accepted and registered papers will be published in the IC-CEC 2027 Conference Proceedings and submitted for indexing by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
